There are only two important hotels on the island: The "Villa Gaviota" 5 km outside Nueva Gerona and the international diving center "Colony" in the southwest.

In case you don´t come exclusivly for diving we recommend you to stay in one of the nice private rooms ("casas particulares") at Nueva Gerona.

All houses offer doble rooms with bath/shower/WC and air conditioner for a Price of 15 US$ a night. and if you want owners present you breakfast and a fillig good dinner with all typical meat, fish, vegetables and fruits of the island.

There are 36 Casas Particulares with one or two rooms in the town. In the following list you will find only some examples of good houses.

Best is to tell us about your special wishes and we organize a accomodation according to your explanation.

In our price of 20 US$ are included:
- secure reservation of a Casa Particular or the hotel Colony according to your wishes
- organizing to pick up you at the airport or harbor
- organisation und reservation of other trips and events on the island, like taxidriver, horseback riding, car rental or dive classes. You will have an english- and germanspeeking person to contact who will help you.
- reservation of a Casa Particular or an hotel in Havana before or after your visit on Isla de la Juventud
- reservation of the flight Havana-Gerona-Havana depending of the country you come from.

	Casa Gloria house near the center, 2 rooms with bath, livingroom and kitchen. The owners can offer you interesting things: the wife ist biologist and can show you the specific flora and fauna of the island. Her husband is a proffessional dive instructor, who can give you diving classes and organizes the equipement rental.
	Casa Marlen a quiet house in western part of the town. 2 rooms, bath, a big livingroom, 2 terraces with spendid view on the mauntains. Marlen surely is one of the best cooks in the city and serves you at the evening a great menu, especially with all kind of seafood you can think about. Really nothing for people that come to make diet...
	Casa Daili a very nice room in the first floor of the house, located in norther part of the town. One room with bath, terrace, livingroom, good food too. The owner is one of the few taxidrivers and can transport you economicly to every place you want to go.
	Casa Moises house in the citicenter with two rooms, bath, livingroom, terrace und use of the kitchen.
	Casa Odalis located near the center, a good house with 2 rooms in the first floor, bath, livingroom, big terrace and garden. They can give you real good tips what to do on the island.
	Casa Ramon house in southern part of town, 2 rooms, bath, big terrace and livingroom
	Casa Pastor house in southern part of town, 2 rooms, bath, big terrace and livingroom
	Casa Elda the lovely pensioner rents the whole backside part of the house to her guests. So you will have a bedroom, livingroom, bath, kitchen for your own and you can use the big garden for sit down or have sporty activities like badminton.
