Criadora Cocodrilo (crocodile creation farm)

Isla de la Juventud

The crocodile farme lodges more than 500 animals that are separated by age, because adults are cannibales.

You can visit the basins with crocodiles of different ages as well as the lakes where adult crocodiles are living free. You can walk on a way between the lagoons, but go only with the guide, crocodiles could walk or sleep on the way.

Feeding is between 9 and 10 o clock in the morning. Have your camera prepared to take a shoot of the open mouths !

The farm is 30 km south of Nueva Gerona. From the town you should drive the central road going to Cayo Piedo. Behind Pino Alto go left on a white street, that guides you to the farm after 5 km.
